Buzzin' โ€” Terms of Service

Version 1.1 ยท Effective September 9, 2026 ยท Last updated September 21, 2026

The short version

This summary is not the agreement. It is here so you actually know what you agreed to. Sections 1–26 below control, and where this summary and the full text differ, the full text wins.

Buzzin' is 21+. It shows you which bars are busy, lets you tell people you're out, and surfaces deals that venues post themselves.

We are an information service, not a chaperone. We do not run the bars, pour the drinks, verify who anyone is, or supervise what happens when you meet someone. What you do offline is yours.

Drinking is dangerous and so is meeting strangers. Sections 4, 5 and 6 say so at length, and by using Buzzin' you accept those risks yourself.

Sharing your activity is opt-in and reversible. Ghost mode is on by default and keeps your activity out of your Swarm's feed. People you personally add to your inner circle can still see where you are buzzed in. You choose what your Swarm sees. But nothing digital is leakproof — see Section 6.

Disputes go to individual arbitration and you give up class actions and jury trials, unless you opt out within 30 days. See Section 20.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding legal contract between you and Buzzin Social LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “Buzzin” (“Buzzin',” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Buzzin' mobile application, the website at wheresbuzzin.com, and every related feature, service and communication we provide (together, the “Service”).

You agree to these Terms when you create an account and check the box that references them. We record the version you accepted and when. If we materially change these Terms, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Service. By accepting, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sections 16 through 21 limit our liability, require you to release certain claims, and require most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration rather than in court. Please read them carefully.

We record the version of these Terms you accepted and the time you accepted it. If we materially change these Terms, we may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service (see Section 24).

2. Eligibility — you must be 21 or older

The Service is built around venues that serve alcohol. You may use it only if all of the following are true:

Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms. We may terminate the account of anyone we reasonably believe to be under 21, or who has misrepresented their eligibility, immediately and without notice. We delete the account's personal information but keep an enforcement record so the account cannot simply be recreated, as described in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy.

We do not verify identity or age beyond what you tell us. Our age gate is a self-reported date of birth. It is not identity verification, it is not a background check, and it should not be relied on by you or anyone else as proof of who another user is or how old they are. See Section 5.

The Service is offered from and directed to users in the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in any other location, and using it elsewhere is at your own initiative and risk, including compliance with local law.

3. Your account

You must register an account to use most of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account, whether or not you notified us.

4. Alcohol: acknowledgment and assumption of risk

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BUZZIN' IS AN APPLICATION ABOUT PLACES THAT SERVE ALCOHOL, AND THAT THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL CARRIES INHERENT AND SERIOUS RISKS — INCLUDING IMPAIRED JUDGMENT, IMPAIRED COORDINATION, ACCIDENT, INJURY, ALCOHOL POISONING, ADDICTION, ASSAULT, ARREST, CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, PERMANENT DISABILITY AND DEATH. YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS.

To be explicit about what we are and are not:

You are solely responsible for your own consumption and for getting home safely. Never drive after drinking. Never let anyone else drive after drinking. Buzzin' does not provide transportation, does not arrange transportation, and does not assess anyone's fitness to drive. If a deal, notification, recommendation or any other part of the Service influenced your decision to drink, to keep drinking, to go somewhere, or to travel in any manner, that decision remains entirely yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from and waive any claim arising out of the consumption of alcohol by you or by any other person, including any claim under any dram-shop, social-host, liquor-liability or comparable statute or common-law doctrine, whether the claim is brought by you or by anyone claiming through or on behalf of you.

If you are in recovery, pregnant, taking medication that interacts with alcohol, or otherwise should not drink, please do not use this Service as a prompt to do so. Resources: SAMHSA National Helpline, 1-800-662-4357, free and confidential, 24/7.

5. Other people: acknowledgment and assumption of risk

WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, IDENTITY VERIFICATION, SEX-OFFENDER REGISTRY SCREENING, OR ANY OTHER SCREENING OF USERS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT THE IDENTITY, AGE, CONDUCT, INTENTIONS, CRIMINAL HISTORY OR SAFETY OF ANY USER. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, ONLINE AND OFFLINE, AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM THEM.

Buzzin' is a social product. It shows you that other people are out, and it may lead to you meeting them. That is the point of it, and it is also its principal danger.

Practical precautions we strongly encourage: meet in public and stay in public; tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back; arrange your own transportation and keep the means to leave; never leave a drink unattended; do not accept a drink you did not watch being poured; do not share your home address, workplace, financial details or identity documents; trust your instincts and leave if you are uncomfortable; and call 911 if you feel unsafe.

We are not a party to interactions between users. If a dispute arises between you and another user, or between you and a venue, you release us from claims arising out of it, as set out in Section 19. We have no obligation to become involved, though we may.

6. Location features: acknowledgment and assumption of risk

The Service uses your device's location to find nearby venues and to confirm that you are physically at a venue when you buzz in. It also lets you share activity with people you connect with. You should understand precisely what that means.

How location works in Buzzin'

The risks, stated plainly

SHARING YOUR PRESENCE AT A PHYSICAL LOCATION, EVEN WITH A SMALL AND CHOSEN GROUP, CAN REVEAL WHERE YOU ARE AND ALLOW SOMEONE TO FIND YOU. THIS CREATES A RISK OF UNWANTED CONTACT, HARASSMENT, STALKING, PHYSICAL HARM, PROPERTY CRIME AND OTHER SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES. YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE AND WITH WHOM, AND YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF DOING SO.

If you are being stalked, are fleeing domestic violence, have a protective order, or are otherwise at elevated personal risk, please think hard before disabling ghost mode or sharing any activity. Consider whether this Service is right for you at all. If you are in danger, contact law enforcement. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233.

Location technology is imprecise. Geofence checks can produce false positives and false negatives for reasons including device hardware, GPS drift, network conditions, indoor signal loss and deliberate spoofing by third parties. Do not rely on the Service to establish anyone's location, including your own, for any purpose where accuracy matters.

7. No emergency services

BUZZIN' IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE, A SAFETY DEVICE, A PERSONAL SECURITY PRODUCT, OR A MONITORING SERVICE. IT DOES NOT CONTACT POLICE, FIRE, MEDICAL OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY RESPONDER, AND IT WILL NOT SUMMON HELP ON YOUR BEHALF. NEVER RELY ON IT IN AN EMERGENCY. IN AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911.

Nothing in the Service — including buzz-ins, connections, ghost mode, reporting, blocking or any notification — should be understood as a safety mechanism capable of protecting you. Reporting a user to us is not a report to law enforcement, and it does not produce a response on any timeframe that would matter in an emergency.

8. Your content and the license you give us

You keep ownership of what you post. “User Content” means anything you submit to the Service: profile photos and avatars, display names, usernames, vibe ratings, plan notes, venue photos and descriptions, bartender profile information, and anything else you upload or transmit. Reports you file, messages you send to support, and anything you send us about a safety or moderation matter are not User Content for purposes of the license below. We use them only to investigate, respond, enforce these Terms, and keep the safety records described in our Privacy Policy. We will never use them in marketing or show them to the person you reported.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, adapt, modify (for formatting and display), publish, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute and create derivative works of that User Content, in any media now known or later developed, solely for the purposes of operating, providing, improving, securing, marketing and promoting the Service. This license lets us do ordinary things like resize your avatar, show your photo to people you connected with, cache content on a CDN, and feature venue content in materials about Buzzin'.

This license ends when you delete the User Content or your account, except that it survives to the extent: (a) the content was shared with others who retain copies; (b) we must retain it to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or investigate safety and abuse; (c) it exists in routine backups for the period described in our Privacy Policy; or (d) it has been incorporated into aggregate or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content; that it does not infringe or violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights; that you have the consent of every identifiable person appearing in any photo you upload; and that it does not violate Section 9 or any law.

We are not obligated to store your content and may remove, refuse, limit or delete any User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including content we consider unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading or simply inconsistent with the product. We are not liable for removal or for failure to remove.

Feedback you send us about the Service is non-confidential, and you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable right to use it for any purpose without compensation or attribution.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, help or permit anyone else to:

Harm to people

Deception and misuse

Technical and commercial abuse

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We may treat conduct that undermines the safety or integrity of the Service as a violation whether or not it is listed here.

10. Reporting, moderation and enforcement

The Service provides a way to report users and content, and a way to block other users. We encourage you to use both.

What we commit to: we receive every report, we review reports as promptly as we reasonably can, and we may take action ranging from a warning through content removal, feature restriction, temporary suspension and permanent termination. Reports concerning stalking, threats of violence and safety of minors are prioritized.

What we do not commit to: we do not guarantee that we will review any particular report within any particular time, that we will take any specific action, that we will tell you what action we took, or that we will monitor the Service proactively. We have no general obligation to monitor User Content, and undertaking moderation in some instances does not create a duty to do so in all instances, nor does it make us responsible for content we did not remove.

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve and disclose information as described in our Privacy Policy and Section 13, and cooperate with law enforcement. Blocking another user hides content in both directions within the app; it is an in-app control, not a restraining order, and it does not prevent that person from encountering you in the physical world.

If you are in immediate danger, contact law enforcement. Do not wait for us.

11. Venues, owners and bartenders

Some users represent bars and other venues. Additional terms apply to them.

12. Deals and specials

Deals and specials are offered by venues, not by Buzzin'. We are not the seller, merchant of record, or a party to any transaction between you and a venue. We do not set prices, stock, honor, refund or guarantee anything.

13. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including infrastructure and authentication providers, mapping providers, email delivery providers, content delivery networks, and the app stores through which you obtained the app. Our Privacy Policy identifies them and what they receive.

The Service may also contain links to third-party websites, venue websites and phone numbers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content, their accuracy, their availability, their practices, or any harm arising from them. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them, and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, the Buzzin' name and logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use (or, for venue users, for the venue features we provide). All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop at any time by deleting your account. Instructions and the consequences for your data are in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice or cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, if we believe it necessary to protect users, third parties or us, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We may suspend an account for a fixed period or permanently, and we may remove or hide content associated with it.

On termination: your license to use the Service ends immediately; Sections 4, 5, 6, 8 (as to the surviving license), 12, and 16 through 26 survive; and we may retain information as described in our Privacy Policy, including records necessary for safety, legal compliance and enforcement. We are not liable to you or anyone else for suspension or termination.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT ANY INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE — INCLUDING VENUE DETAILS, HOURS, LOCATIONS, BUSYNESS, VIBE RATINGS, DEALS, ANALYTICS, USER PROFILES OR GEOFENCE RESULTS — IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT OR RELIABLE; OR THAT ANY USER IS WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE OR IS SAFE TO MEET.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR VENUE, ONLINE OR OFFLINE, AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY DUTY TO PROTECT YOU FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER USERS, VENUES OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, such warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by law.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ILLNESS, DISABILITY OR DEATH; THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY ANY PERSON; ANY MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT OR IMPAIRED DRIVING; ANY ASSAULT, BATTERY, SEXUAL ASSAULT, ROBBERY, HARASSMENT, STALKING, DRINK TAMPERING OR OTHER CRIMINAL ACT BY ANY PERSON; ANY ARREST, CITATION, DETENTION OR PROSECUTION; ANY MEETING OR INTERACTION WITH ANOTHER USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY; THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR LOCATION OR ACTIVITY TO ANY PERSON; THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY USER OR VENUE; OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS CAP APPLIES IN THE AGGREGATE, NOT PER CLAIM.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. THEY REFLECT AN ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN US AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THIS AGREEMENT; WITHOUT THEM THE SERVICE WOULD NOT BE OFFERED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, including incidental or consequential damages or liability for personal injury caused by negligence. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, and if any portion of this Section is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expert fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; (d) your violation of any third party's rights; (e) your interactions with any other user or venue, online or offline, including any injury, harm or death; (f) your consumption of alcohol or the consumption of alcohol by anyone you provided it to or encouraged; (g) your operation of a motor vehicle; and (h) for venue users, your business, your service of alcohol and any deal you post.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, in which case you agree to cooperate. You may not settle any matter affecting us without our prior written consent.

19. Release of claims

YOU RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE US AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES AND CAUSES OF ACTION, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER USER OR VENUE, OR WITH ANY INTERACTION, MEETING, TRANSACTION OR INCIDENT INVOLVING ANY OTHER USER OR VENUE, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, which reads: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” You waive any comparable statute or doctrine in any other jurisdiction.

20. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY DECIDE YOUR CLAIMS.

20.1 Informal resolution first

Before starting arbitration, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to legal@wheresbuzzin.com describing the dispute and the relief sought. We will do the same. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may begin arbitration. This step is a condition precedent to arbitration, and the limitations period is tolled while it runs.

20.2 Agreement to arbitrate

Except as stated in 20.4, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve threshold questions of arbitrability, except that a court decides whether 20.3 has been violated.

20.3 Class action and jury trial waiver

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

If this paragraph is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and heard in court, and the remainder will proceed in arbitration.

20.4 Exceptions

This Section does not require arbitration of: (a) claims in small claims court that qualify and remain individual; (b) claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property; (c) claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment, which you may bring in court at your election consistent with the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act; and (d) anything else that cannot lawfully be compelled to arbitration.

20.5 Your right to opt out

You may opt out of arbitration. Send written notice to legal@wheresbuzzin.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the email on your account, and that you opt out of the arbitration agreement. Opting out affects nothing else in these Terms, and we will not retaliate. If you opt out, disputes proceed under Section 21.

20.6 Costs and location

Arbitration fees are governed by the AAA rules; where those rules require us to bear the cost of consumer arbitration, we will. Arbitration will be conducted by written submission, telephone or video where the rules permit; any in-person hearing will be held in the county where you reside or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator may award any relief a court could award to that individual, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

20.7 One-year limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

20.8 Survival and changes

This Section survives termination. If we materially change it, you may reject the change by notifying us within 30 days, in which case the most recent version you accepted applies.

21. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to Section 20. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and waive any objection to that venue. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the place where you reside.

22. App Store terms

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Your license is limited to using the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal requirements, or claims under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you obtained the app from Google Play: these Terms are between you and us, not Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

23. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and will remove infringing material in appropriate circumstances. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@wheresbuzzin.com including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material and where it is located; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. Misrepresentations may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may remove content, notify the poster, accept counter-notices, and terminate repeat infringers.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice — by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date, by in-app notice, or by email — before it takes effect. For material changes, we will require you to accept the new version in the app before you can continue using the Service. For non-material changes such as corrections and clarifications, your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. Changes to Section 20 are governed by 20.8.
